Taking a "gap year" after university.
Post Body

Honestly, what is the risk in taking a year or two off after university to figure things out before trying to jump into a full time career? I feel right now that I'm still quite lost- sometimes I want to do this and other times that and its really confusing me. I feel that getting trapped in full-time work would mean that all my time for myself would be gone but I don't want to risk being long-term unemployed and I don't know if I'll actually get a job if I do start searching anytime soon. Sometimes I feel like my degree was not right for me.

I feel like I should just take some time off to work personal projects/hobbies but I don't know what to do. I'm just scared that not being in "full-time employment" from right after uni means less chance of finding a job.

I still have a year left but I really feel that I need to decide soon on what to do. Sorry if it seems like I'm rambling on- I'm just very lost and confused.
