Career change at 46

Hello, I’m a 46 year old man and I worked in hospitality in my 20’s and I trained to be a career counsellor in my 30’s so have worked for non profits for ten years and I really need a change.id love to go into trades but unfortunately my coordination isn’t good so I can’t do trades. Has anyone got any ideas? I’ve been thinking about IT but I’m not sure where to begin. Any suggestions would be helpful
