What degree if diarrhea (for a remote/virtual career)?

Context: I voluntarily induce diarrhea by taking magnesium pills because magnesium pills help wake me up (I naturally have hypersomnia/excessive_sleepiness). And I already have an AS degree in nothing.

I really enjoy teaching, but Cambly, ESL tutoring isn't available in California.

Are remote, teaching jobs in high demand if I teach Math or Special Education?

Which educational and career paths would let me go to the restroom at home (WFH; remote; virtual)?

I am interested in WGU (Western Governor's University), but I am willing to consider other online schools/programs.
