Post Body
I have a bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant and Contract Administrator. Now, I have the urge to work remotely (due to various reasons), but remote job opportunities in my country, especially in my field, are very rare to find. By then I started looking up jobs on Indeed, changing the location to the US. I applied to around 80 positions, but I haven't received any interview invitations.
My questions are:
- Is it possible for a US company to hire someone overseas? I am aware of visa and tax requirements, but I have read that some US companies are willing to use PEO services, which can help overseas employees with visa and tax concerns.
- If it's not possible for US legal field to hire someone overseas, what other fields may welcome my background?
