Struggling to find a career I can continually grow in

Post Body

I've been working a bunch of different jobs on and off for the past 5 years, and some I liked more than others, but a lot of them were very stagnant. I've been struggling finding a career that I can grow in and continually make better money in. A 25 cent raise every year just doesn't cut it sometimes. I don't make bad money now, but it's definitely not enough to get ahead of the curve with bills and everything else, as I'm still living paycheck to paycheck.

Trades don't really interest me because I don't want to work grueling hours and value my family time, but I don't have a college degree or any certifications to do something else more lax. I do have 5 years of sales experience, but a lot of the sales jobs around me are door-to-door canvassing or insurance sales which I'm not really about. I know I'm still pretty young but it has been tough keeping hope that I'll find something that I'm not only good at, but have the opportunity to make good money with too.
