Hello, I am 32 years old and graduated college in 2014 with a BA in Economics. I've been unemployed for 2 1/2 years (was laid off from my county job a couple of weeks before covid lockdowns started) and I've never had a good full time career job. I still live with my father/parents and I really don't know how to move forward. I've lived in California my whole life, but getting to live on my own would be difficult, because of inflation everything in California is super expensive and the wages don't make up for that. I don't know much about other states and potential careers that could help me live alone in a good apartment in a good area. I don't really have anybody who can guide me through these things. Being an introverted person does not help and it feels like everybody is an absolute dick when discussing jobs/making a living (seems like I can't seem to have a solid discussion like I do other subjects). Is there anything that would match a quiet/reserved person? I really don't want to work in sales (personality, commission, many are scams).
