Trades where I can work my 40 hours and fuck off?

I see many trades as a very lucrative and in demand option as a future career except one thing stands out: most trades require 50-60 hour weeks during busy seasons.
I think a lot more people would be interested in trades if they weren't not only backbreaking, but they take up so much of your time during the week.
Are there any trades where you can just work your 40 hours and chill?
