As the title implies, I'm seeking advice on which route to take as a career option. I'm in the boat of going to school to achieve a degree so me and my family can live the lives that we want.
LET ME BE CLEAR: I hate working. I hate working for the man and spending many hours of my life doing something I don't have much of a passion for, but I KNOW that it's necessary. I'm passionate about having time off and spending it with people I love, not in any specific career path or field.
Thus, I need advice on a degree/career that will make me a modest 50-70k a year, isn't very demanding, and allows me to go home when the day is over. Beggars can't be choosers, I understand that, but if i'm going to work, I want to do something that pays decently well, and gives me the benefit of having time to do what actually makes me happy at home with my family.
Any and all advice is appreciated, because I don't have a fucking clue. I'm 22, if that helps at all.
Marry well. Itβs paid off in spades and the benefits are terrific.
