Other major things: 1)no trading after the draft 2)the pay out is 100% if the not drafting team wins, if someone else wins, they take 60%, and 2nd place gets 40% 3) the majority will decide if the not drafting team is the 12th pick or a volunteer 4)the majority will decide if the not drafting team will be able to steal any player or just a starter
