First battles are done. Got Ramza to oracle and dismissed my units. Now its hard. Battles are long and currently boring as i only do like 20 a hit and enemies have 120 hp. Its a struggle because i dont get to modify or improve my units, only Ramza, and lack of gear is becoming an issue.

Next steps are breeding to get better units, hopefully black or red chocobos. But i do not have a safe way to travel, only the first two areas. Then Once I have a party, ill try to beat Dortar.

Rules:

1: only monsters and Ramza. I might do Reis later as shes fun.

2: if a monster dies, NO rez or pheonix down. If they die, they die. I originally was going to erase them if they fell at all, but Im lazy and dont want to have to track down which monster fell.

3: only use gear from battles, stealing, taking from game given npcs, or poaching. No buying from shops

EDIT 1: We lost a couple members today. RIP to our Black Goblin and Red Panther, however not all is lost. Their passing has allowed me to recruit two Wisenkin! Backed up by two Yellow Chocobo and our hero's black magic, combats should be a little quicker.. Now if only I could find some gear.

EDIT 2: Found a couple things. I definitely tend to win more in The Sledge Weald thanks to the chocobos healing actually hurting the undead. So I'll focus here till I can get the classes I want our hero to be, which I'm still not 100% sure what that will be. Also, the Minotaur race cannot enter water.... did not know this. Thankfully my mistake did not cost anyone their lives. I did breed a tier 2 Minotaur, but he's only lv 3...

EDIT 3: I find that I need to think about this in a different light. The monsters are not the humans I normally raise and learn skills with. These monsters will be changed out all the time due to breeding replacements or higher levels.
