Help me plan my team!

Okay y'all! I'm replaying War of the Lions and I'm determined this time to not use ANY story characters except Ramza! Here's my plan so far:
Ramza - Dark Knight/Chemist (gonna take a lot of grinding)
White Mage/???
Black Mage/Time Mage
Ninja/???
Monk/???
I'm gonna get all the Item skills learned for them so I can swap in and out that Item command when necessary.
What do you think the best pairing is for my White Mage, Ninja, and Monk? Open to any suggestions, including troll builds.
