Help with blur

I watched a few videos using Gaussian blur and you click and drag to the face then analyze, I got that part but in the video the face comes in and out of frame and while it’s out, the tracking grabs elsewhere, how do I have it stop and then pick up the face again when it re-enters the frame?
Also how to do 2 faces coming in and out of frame?
Using MacBook Pro.
