Why can’t I win online???

I’m in div 10 on rivals and my skill rating is 0!! I can win on squad battles on legendary difficulty. Last few years on rivals I’ve been in div 3/4 and sometimes higher. This year I CANNOT win online and it’s really starting to get annoying. My squad is rated 88 overall and 100 chemistry. Why can’t I fucking win?
