Post Body

I have a 403B from an old employer that I want to convert (yes, pay taxes now) and put into a ROTH IRA....

403B is with Fidelity NetBenefits

I have setup a brokerage account as well as ROTH IRA account with Fidelity too.

  1. How do I make this conversion happen? Do I just withdraw my money?

  2. The amount is over the $7000 Roth IRA limit. Will a conversion allow me to put in the full amount? Or Do I have to put some in today then the rest next year?
