What happens if my in-the-money option exercised at expiration but I don’t have the cash for it?

Let’s say I bought a call option, and it’s in-the-money, but forgot to sell it before and at expiration, so it’s automatically exercised, but I don’t have the cash to buy the 100 shares. Will I be able to get the cash equivalent of the in-the-money amount?
