Is Spaxx similar to a HYSA? Will I get a better return if I were to put 25k from my HYSA into SPAXX?

I keep hearing returns on SPAXX are 4.85% as opposed to the 4.50% I’m getting now. Does the interest compound like it does in my savings? Sorry.. It’s difficult to understand because all I can find is a 7 day yield.
