New growth has brown spots

I bought this FLF before the holidays from Home Depot. When I first brought it home I put it by a south facing window. Unfortunately, it got sunburned. I moved it to more filtered location still south facing and the leaf damage stopped. It was dormant all winter. It has begun putting out new leaves but they have brown spots on them. After a few days, the new leaves shrivel and fall off. What does it need?
