So I was playing yesterday and suddenly was logged out with an authentication error. I tried to log back in and saw that a one time password was need which I don’t use. Checked my emails and it say that someone has activated one for my account! I’ve tried to change my password but couldn’t with the one time password. I’ve contacted support but am still very worried. Does anyone have experience with this and if I’ll get my account back? This account is 5 years worth of memories and work. If I lose it I don’t think I could play again…

Edit; I've gotten my account back after 24 hours, they were actually really helpful and had my problem sorted in 1 ticket. I'm currently waiting for them to unsuspend the account though. Instant I got it back, changed the password and put my own 2FA on it. Thank you all for the advice and not making me feel too stupid for falling for this. X
