PS4 bought Complete edition (PC) off SE store, Can't Redeem code

I've been playing on the PS4 and recently got a PC and bought the Online Complete Edition (PC Download) and to my understanding it should have ARR baked into the purchase, I try to register the register the Activation code but the Launcher doesn't give me the prompt to input the key, nor does the mogstation (I only get the "Enter Item Code" link with the post moogle picture on it) I can't get a refund either because I saw the code, I don't know what to do with $50 key I can't use.
