I have unlocked Specialist crafters. I have specialized into two different crafters - LTW and WVR - and added their respective versions of the Careful Observation into the Hotbar.

I have made sure of the following:

- I unlocked specialists

- I specialize in LTW

- I have the Soul of the Leatherworker equipped

- My "Careful Observation" is not the WVR version

- I meet the level requirement

To be clear, the situation with WVR is exactly the same.

For whatever reason, I still can't use it. The ability is greyed out, and trying to use it gives a "Cannot use at this time". It's possibly something quite obvious, but for the love of me I have no idea what exactly is the issue.
