Do I need 530 gear if I don't do HC content that often?

I do sometimes get a case of, "keeping up with the Jonses," but I've been on an extended break from running content of any kind, and I never seem to have BiS gear.
Anyways, will I be alright going into Endwalker with Augmented Exarch gear? I don't even currently have any of that, but it seems like a grind that I can actually accomplish, and not necessarily feel like I wasted my time.
Also, I will probably at least grind out two full Resistance relics.
