As the title read, I'm interested in making a User Macro.

I have 2 questions regarding the macro:
1: Is a actually possible, and if so, please help me make it, since I have no clue how.
2: Since it's 2 actions on 1 button, is it even allowed?

What is the macro I'm looking to craft?
I just hit lvl 40 on the Machinist and learnt the actions Rook Autoturret and Rook Overdrive.
Now, these would be 2 seperate buttons, but in no imaginable circumstance is either possible to activate twice within a short amount of time. As in, Rook Overdrive can only be activated if the Autoturret is active (you have used Rook Autoturret and it has not yet despawned.) and Rook Autoturret cannot be used whilst the Autoturret is still up (Even if it can, you wouldn't have the Battery Gauge resource to summon it.)

Therefore, I'd like to combine these Actions into 1 button.
When Rook Autoturret is not up, I'd like the button to show the Rook Autoturret button/action/tooltip. When the Rook Autoturret is up, I'd like the button to show the Rook Overdrive button/action/tooltip.

Essentially, the 1 button will cast Rook Autoturret on the first cast, and Rook Overdrive on the second cast. It'd be invaluable if the tooltips lined up correctly and the recast timer does as well.
