I started grinding trough the MSQ at breakneck speed largely to get an apartment in Shirogane (and because I finally wanted to reach endgame in an MMORPG, for once). I felt down because of the quarantine, and wanted to get something I could call mine. And it's been worth it so far!

Houses/estates get a lot of love understandably, but apartments are fantastic little digital pieces of the world. I've decked mine out with furniture and even have my own Summoning Bell, because it feels awkward sometimes to stand somewhere while I rearrange way too many inventory items from my retainer. And again, it's just nice to have my own space in the game. I'll queue up for dungeons and leave my character in there sometimes, or try on outfits or even just chat with my FC until queue pops.

I'm still broke now over a month later but whatever. Thanks to whoever at Square came up with this!
