I have been playing since 2.1 in PS4. Two weeks ago, I upgraded to a PS4 Pro. When I tried playing FFXiV, I got an error stating that due to "unusual activity" I cannot log in.

Did some research on the error and there was a simple fix, resetting my password.

Problem: I cannot access the gmail account I used to create my Square account 5 years ago. I made the mistake of adding a 2 step verification on my gmail.

What this does is it forces you to input a code that's texted to you. That's the only way to access the gmail account. I changed my phone number 3 years ago and havent been able to log into my gmail since.

If have called the person with my old number in the hope they would forward me the code... but that went no where.

Via Google, you can bypass the 2 step verification if you can correctly answer the following question... Please provide the month and year you started your gmail account.

I have had this particular email account for close to if not over 10 years. I cant even remotely begin to guess.

Without access to my gmail, I cant gain access to FFXiV.

Question: Is there someone on Squares end that i can call to assist? Via there support page, it always leads me to have to send an email to the "account used with this square account", which is my gmail, which I cant access.

I'm missing out on Shadowbringers and paying for a game I cant even access.
