Just brought ff14 for pc and the patches keeps failing ?

So i brought ff14 for pc through twitch prime and got heavensward free but when i try to download the patches i get thr message that it failed. Is it my internet im getting 6mbs and ive left it on overnight to finish the patchws and still same message
