As someone just made a thread with a "plea" from BLMs to Healers, I thought it would be nice to make a list of all the other "pleas" that I'm sure several of you wish they would be heard. Now this is not a list of things that bad players who do not know their own job do, those are far too many, but rather things that require a minimal understanding of other jobs' needs. I'll start, and having every single job at 60, I have quite a lot myself.

• Dear WHMs and ASTs, don't cast HoT on me just before a pull, especially a big pull. Just DON'T. - From Tanks
• Dear Tanks please always keep in mind that there are jobs that need to be able to hit mobs from the flank and from the rear. Be considerate of that. Try to move the least possible. If you are avoiding a cone AOE, please go back in front of the mob as soon as the telegraph disappears. - From any melee DPS
• Dear Tanks your CD aren't just there to save you from tank busters, it would be nice if you could use them to keep yourself alive enough to give us more chances to DPS too. - From Healers
• Dear WHMs, I really love your Holy, I always appreciate the sheer destruction it causes, but only when you spam it at the right times, and the very start of a pull is usually not such time. Try to learn what "Blood Price" is and how its icon looks like. If you see it, hold your Holy for a while. - From DRKs
• Dear tanks, you see that shimmering circle on the floor? That's my aoe persistent damaging area, if you move all the mobs away from it, that's just like totally wasted. Please try to keep\move the mobs inside of it for as much as it is possible. - From BRDs, SMNs, SCHs and NINs
• Dear SMNs, Keep your garuda on a leash and away from the mobs I'm attacking. - From any melee DPS and Tanks
• Dear MCHs and BRDs, Just because you can DPS while running it doesn't mean that everyone else can. Yeah I'm sorry I lost hate, now just be a man and stay still so I can take it off you. - From Tanks
• Dear ranged DPS, Stop going to the other end of the arena! - From Healers
• Dear... everyone. Try not to crowd around us for as much as it's possible, especially when you see our ley lines. Also it would be nice if you could avoid being aligned to us when fighting mobs that have linear attacks (like Oppressors) - From BLMs
