BLM macros?

I've played BLM since 2.0 launch and been ok with clicking or using my razor naga mouse for my actions but I've been wondering is there any good useful Macros that the BLM Job could use? Any opener macros, applying apoc and e4e, or any other helpful macros to make a BLM's life easier.
