Connection Error Help

Hey, so I've been getting this popup that says HTTPS error with a really long error code when I try to open the launcher. I've tried reinstalling the game already and deleting the FFXIV folder in "my games" so that the launcher can create a new one, but I still get the error. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
