Primal mount drop rates in 2.51

Perhaps anecdotal, however I feel like I am seeing way less mount drops compared to 2.5.
Does anyone else share my sentiment, or are people still seeing increased drop rates?
Since the last week I've only seen about 3 of them or so drop. Compared to 2.5, when I was seeing one in every 10 runs. Both times I've run about the same number of runs every night.
