Sorry for questions that may be obvious, if there's a place I should be asking these/already a compendium of knowledge please call me stupid and link me.

I've been seeing different accuracy requirements for various turns (for First Coil, not quite at second coil yet). There are "optimal gear" setups that list accuracy as 475-480, but from what I've been told the accuracy requirement for T5 is 500-505 for a PLD.

From a Pre-T6 BiS Gear guide I found, supposedly this is the ideal gear setup Pre-T6

Weapon: Allagan Blade

Shield: Onion Shield

Head: Allagan Helm

Chest: Valor Surcoat

Hands: Valor Gauntlets

Waist: Allagan Plate Belt

Legs: Valor Cuisses

Boots: Valor Sollerets

Neck: Allagan Fending Choker

Ears: Allagan Fending Earring

Wrists: Allagan Fending Bracelets

Ring 1: Allagan Fending

Ring 2: Hero's Fending

Are these roughly accurate? Are items like Noct Gear superior options, regarded Soldiery is not an issue?

My current gear for reference:

Weapon: Curtana Zenith

Shield: Allagan Round Shield

Head: Weathered Noct Circlet (Which I just learned isn't worth it, week of Soldiery well spent there.)

Chest: Heavy Allagan Armor

Hands: Gauntlets of Light

Waist: Hero's Belt of Fending

Legs: Breeches of Light

Boots: Sabatons of Light

Neck: Allagan Fending Choker

Ears: Hero's Fending Earring

Wrists: Darklight Bracelets of Fending (gotta replace I know)

Ring 1: Hero's Fending Ring

Ring 2: Weathered Noct Ring

EDIT: Second question, what's a general smart rotation? I've been defaulting on brain-dead rotations for multiple mob pulls (basically Flash, CoS, Flash, Flash, FB/RB, Flash, FB, Flash, RB, repeat Flash/FB/Flash/RB/Flash cycle. Mix in CoS and Spirits Within when off cooldown.) and I'm sure there must be a more efficient pulling method for harder difficulty fights that I'm just not using.
