Thought I'd ask here to see if the Reddit community would know anything about this.

At the present time, I play FFXIV on Windowed mode. Whenever it is not my current active window, I almost always get 90k.

This means I cannot surf the net, change a song in my playlist, write something on Notepad (I do this for materials needed when I am crafting new gathering/crafting sets), etc.

This is quite irritating to say the least, and I'm wondering if any one has any insight on why this happens, and how I can stop it. It's frustrating when I'm solo queueing for dungeons and primals, and I get 90k'ed.

EDIT: I should mention that I do not get 90k'ed IF the window is my active window. Whether it's been active for 10 minutes, or 2 hours. This means I don't actually have problems playing the game. I only have problem when I am NOT playing the game. Alt tabbing for 2 minutes usually ends up in a 90k.
