Logged on and can't find Artisan Tool

So I logged on today and can not find my Artisan tool in my inventory, armory, retainers or armoire (I checked to be sure). What can I do besides the obvious of making 50 more HQ items for a new one? Will support help me out? If so, what is the best way to get a hold of them?
