The Waning of the Sixth Sun - Are there scans or a print copy of the History book on the Bluray included with the CE?

Now that I have a bluray player, I finally got around to watching the bonus bluray included in the physical CE. The history portion is really cool, and I liked that it also included cutscenes when you click on things, but it's hard to read, sitting on my couch across the room. Does anyone know if there are any scans of the book online, or even a transcribed copy of the text? I'd really like to read up on the timeline and lore, since I didn't play 1.0.
