Do we know how to calculate attribute points for each level?

I am crunching some numbers for future theorycrafting. Does anyone know how to figure out how many attribute points you get when you level? Is there a set formula or is it constants of some kind?
EDIT: not the ones you set yourself, the points you get when you level.
