Will all the music be different in ARR?

One of the things that first attracted me to picking up XIV 1.0 (for the brief period I played it) was the soundtrack and Uemastu's return to the series. I've heard that with ARR, they're taking out all his music and replacing it. Is this true? Or are they just adding new music from a new composer?
