So i've been playing for a month and recently i discovered that weapon (level 50 black mage staff) and i want to craft it

I already leveled up every crafter and gatherer (except culinarian to level 50, because every class need items that i couldnt buy or that was already transformed) which took 2 weeks

And now that i have almost every base item Gold ore, copper ore, darksteel ore, astral rock, and aqueous whetstone (i had to get to the second lieutenant rang just for those)

I still have a problem, the stats requirements to make the parts, and the staff itself are way too high ? I need 320 control and craftmanship, but i dont know how to get that much, for now i am at 255 for each I thought about materias, but i dont have that many, and the ones i have only givr me 3 points of either control or craftmanship

I'm kinda stuck here
