What server should I join?

I am making a new character, want to be able to join a linkshell and do some endgane stuff down the line eventually and some other content.
I know Asura is frowned upon cause of the constant chat spam and such, what other servers have alot of activity and any that anyone recommends with a good community or linkshell?
I come from 360 days and probably don’t remember much and have no knowledge of end game which will probably turn some away.
