Buying SoA on Xbox 360 and playing on PC?

I play on PC right now and am looking forward to buying SoA. I thought it might be fun to play on my Xbox, but I'd also still like to be able to play on my PC.
If I purchase the SoA collectors edition for Xbox, will I be able to download the expansion on my PC through Playonline? I currently have the Abyssea collection in Steam.
