Converting mp4 to webm is cutting off the end of the video?

Hi, I'm converting a few 1 second videos that are to be used as loops, but when I play the webm version, the loop is disrupted. The last, like, millisecond is getting cut off and ruining the whole loop for the videos. Is there a way to make it leave the length of the file alone or something? It's worked before but this has happened a few times now. Thanks for any help :)
I'm just writing ffmpeg -i filepath.mp4 filepath.webm
