Would love some hot sauce advice before buying and wasting any peppers. Do dried peppers ferment just like fresh peppers? Planning on getting some reapers on Amazon and they all seem dried.
Also I love it hot but have no idea what I'm about to get into. What's a good ratio of like carolina reapers/ghosts chilis to habanero to ferment? I don't want to waste all these peppers if not much does the trick. If anyone has a good recipe they would like to share I would love that also. Looking at something like reapers, habaneros, garlic, carrots.
