Hey everyone. First time poster in need of some help. I brewed a batch of tepache (pineapple, brown sugar, cinnamon, and habenero) it was quite delicious, pretty dry, a bit of acidity from the pineapple a kick from the habenero and a good amount of tart from the natural yeasts on the rind, but I thought it could use a bit of carbonation. I transferred to 1L brown swing top bottles and must have over primed because on opening my first bottle most of it ended up on the ceiling and all over my kitchen. Is there a way to back down the other bottle so I don't end up hurting myself with a bottle bomb, and maybe salvaging my delicious tepache?
I could really use the help, I feel like I've got a bottle of nitro glycerin in my fridge. Thanks everyone.
