Hello everyone,
Ive started a little production of mead, i making maple mead too. And knowing myself i will try chouchen(mead and cider), braggot(beer and mead).
I was wondering what wind of liquid i can try instead of honey. And are the fermented alcool you all know.
For what i know:
Mead is honey water
Maple wine is maple sirup wine
Beer is malt with water
Cider is apple juice(already have "water" inside) with yeast
Wine is grape juice(already have "water" inside) with Yeast
There a name for each juice fruit ? Or Lime curd water ?
Im very curious about the variation possible For exemple chouchen = cider mead. It exist mead wine ? Or othet type of mix ?
