Iāve been fermenting these JalapeƱos and garlic for about a year now. The only difference between the 4 jars is that one had a Ball āfermentation springā and the others had a glass fermentation weight. Look at the difference in colorā¦ Iām guessing that has to be leached metal contamination.
Avoid this product!
