Question about the vacuum sealer method

Hello,

I’m wondering how to store thins I’ve lacto-fermented using a vacuum sealer. Once the job is done, so to speak, how does one store the vegetables that have been fermented?

I want to avoid dying, and if I took some tomatoes and stored them in the fridge in a deli container, wouldn’t they be exposed to air and potentially mold?
