Resetting Tolerance

As the title states.. I want to know if there are any ways or methods to lower/reset your tolerance to opioids? I am in love with this drug but it’s gotten to the point where I’m spending hundreds of $ a day to just be happy/ feel okay. I want to know if I can lower my tolerance where I can use the bare minimum and still get the amazing high? How long would it take? What methods are there? I currently use fentanyl but I want to go back to real prescription 30s or Kratom
