Sweet cut, melts and recrystallized like meth

Has anyone ever gotten any gear like this? It tastes super harsh when dabbed and has a kinda sweet taste like sugar or mannitol or something. Also when I melted on foil it melted down clear and recrystallized like how meth does. And the shit is weak AF if it has anything in it at all. I'm not sick so it must have a little fent in it but idk. Anyone else run into shit like this
