Does having a NSFW account make all of the other content sexualized?

I have been posting outfits that I think look good and aren't that revealing. If I posted nsfw pics would it take away from my existing posts? Idk if I'm making any sense but what do you think? If you saw a cute outfit and clicked on the account and the nsfw confirmation thing came up. Would that change the way you saw that outfit?
