About to go out fem to try out makeup

:3 I found out Ulta has makeup and salon services so I'm so excited to see what they have. Hopefully I don't spend an arm and a leg on the whole shaboodle; I heard Ulta maybe a little cheaper than Sephora.
I'm probably going to wear bloomer shorts under a skirt to give it more pop, and idk what kinda top or thigh highs yet, probably something fem, but idk. :x Nervous and excited at the same time.
