I used to have somewhat of a routine, but it's been a while, and I want to get back into it. If anyone has experience with this, advice would be super appreciated! What I'm currently planning on is a three day cycle.
1:
10 jumping jacks
push ups to failure
10 hip thrusts
push ups to failure
3 back and forth sprints (roughly 10 meters each)
push ups to failure
10 lunges on each leg
2:
10 pulse squats
Sit ups to failure
10 goblet squats
Sit ups to failure
10 prison squats
sit ups to failure
10 jump squats
3: Rest day
I'm also kinda looking for something mentally challenging but not physically challenging I can do for my recovery days, just to help me stay in a routine.
Anyway, will this help me get a femboy body? I'm currently BMI 25.1 (slightly overweight). How should I modify the routine for better results? Additionally, once I've been at it for a while, how should I increment the difficulty? Thanks.
