I just want to apologize if this post comes off as insensitive and transphobic. That was never my intentions but I don't know how to word this any other way without it coming off as bigoted. Again, I apologize and please don't remove this post mods.

I'm starting to wonder if this is a legitimate issue after reading your guys frustrations with trans women posting on femboy subs and how it feels like both terms are being conflated because of it. Not to mention, my own frustration with feeling as though there's this unattainable bar being set that we have to achieve in order to be "accepted" as a femboy.

Like don't get me wrong, all identities should be treated as valid and be expressed proudly but it's a little unfair that the main femboy sub isn't 100% our own. However, I also want to say that I absolutely hate gatekeeping and tribalism and I disagree with anyone who encourages it mainly because it breeds bigotry.

Then I'm starting to question all the "egg" jokes being made on the F1NN5TER sub and fan made YT channels. Like, why can't a very attractive and feminine gnc man live in peace without having their identity always being questioned?

Being femboy shouldn't be treated as a pipeline into the trans experience nor should we expected to compete with cis, trans, and trans fem individuals. I also want to say that this isn't a trend nor should it be looked at as a fetish. Ok, rant over.
